PUF Sandwich panels polyurethane is formed by mixing an isocyanate, such as methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI)with a polyol blend are highly customizable. We have a range of core thickness, support finishing’s and panel joints to choose from. The panels can be assembled by vertical or horizontal disposition and are suitable for interior and exterior applications. A sandwich-structured composite is a special class of composite materials (EPS, PUF & fiber glass wool) that is fabricated by attaching two thin but stiff skins to a lightweight but thick core. Sandwich panels used in building construction are generally an insulating material assembled between two thin facings The facings or faceplates, are typically made of metal (steel or aluminum) or plastic (PVC or fiberglass reinforced plastic). The core is bonded to the skins with a Polyurethane chemical or PUF adhesive or with metal components by brazing together. Sandwich panels are high performance Insulation materials used in Cold storage walls, roofs and floor for energy saving up to 65 % from any other alternative insulation. It also used in commercial and industrial buildings insulation purpose. Now polyurethane sandwich panel also used for manufactured commercial & refrigerant covered body. We produce EPS styro foam Sandwich panel for light weight building, construction site office & temporary residence buildings.

EPS Sandwich Panels

Polystyrene Sandwich Panel is also called EPS Sandwich Panel. The top & bottom Surface of this panel is Galvanized & pre-painted steel sheets, core material is polystyrene, it is formatted by laminating and pressing with 2 components of PU glue. The sandwich panel is featured with temperature keeping, hot & sound insulation, anti-water, and fire-resistant. It is widely used as the wall or roof for cold storage, industrial workshop, public building, etc.

Rock Wool Panel

Rock wool building external wall panel (seamless) with PIR/PUR double-sided sealing, have excellent fire performance (fireproof level A), used for horizontal or vertical installation of external walls, scientific joint design, effectively preventing rainwater leakage of vertical mounting panels, It has high compressive strength, reduces hot and cold bridges, increases air tightness.
